A warm welcome

This part of the page is intended for readers who may decide to use this volunteer science teacher.

If that occurs and with school consent, parents could be introduced to the blogs.

When pupils start to read the blog, pages addressed to parents and school will be included via special links.

1   Mission

  1. Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school parents to help their children learn about science.

  2. Provide resources which enhance the ability of primary school pupils to learn about science at home and at school.
  3.
  4. Respond to questions and comment which parents make via page comment or via the Contact page. Pupils will not permitted to contact the author.

  5. Where possible, text included in the sites is followed by its source.  A good practice when pupils are doing their homework and classwork.  Preparing for later life by giving their backed-up facts and thoughts.

2   Welcome to all readers!

  1. These pages form a set of images and text relating to a science club in any UK primary school with parents very much in mind.
  2.
  3. Readers will, of course, come from other viewpoints and their welcome is equal.
  4.
  5. These pages include many aspects of the primary school science curriculum.
  6.
  7. The author has found that although it is called a club, the optimum method is to include its activities and approach within the normal teaching programme.

  8. Thus, readers within a specific school which intends that the author will come into, will decide the blog title with the author.
  9.
  10.  All communications will be welcomed and we could decide how best I can help.

  11. Large text is used when possible for those using their telephones.  The short link rb.gy/20zs2g is useful.
